Children are welcome to remain downstairs with our adults and teens for the entire 10am service, OR they can participate in a class specifically designed for their age group.
-
Welcome to Little Horizon. Each week, select adults and teens spend time playing with and enjoying the antics of our youngest children. We have a room upstairs designed just for them.
Parents, you're welcome to bring your child upstairs before or during the service. You can drop your child off (even if they cry at the separation), OR you can stay with your child as long as you like and get to know our volunteers and other children a bit.
-
First, we begin downstairs to experience the first few worship songs with our adults and teens. We can sit and listen, sing and dance, or borrow a dancing scarf, fidget toy, or coloring book.
After the first set of music, we’re invited to head upstairs for our own special class. You'll notice many of us racing to get there first. :)
Upstairs, we get to know our teachers and classmates. We read a Bible story from the Spark Storybook Bible and make a craft to help us process what God is sharing with us. We are a curious and enthusiastic bunch ready to welcome new friends!
Parents, if you would like to join your children for all or part of their first class, you are welcome to do so. OR, you can let your child to race their way upstairs with the other kids and their teachers while you enjoy a pastry, the sermon, and a little bit of quiet.

We begin downstairs for the first set of worship songs. During the transition to the morning's sermon, we’re invited to head upstairs if we’d like to.
Upstairs, we work together with a specially selected adult to read, discuss and learn from a small section of the Gospel of Luke. We’re using the Word For Word Bible Comic (the NIV Bible in graphic novel format). We are excited to learn and make new friends!
